It was Sunday and we spent much of the day gathering items in preparation for the piglets. Willa was nesting much more than in previous days but, this being our first experience, we weren't sure how close she was to farrowing. To our surprise, when we woke up the next morning, there was Willa in her pen with 6 beautiful piglets.
She has been the best Mama and we are so proud of her. And, of course we are all completely smitten with these amazing babies.
And now begins the process of finding forever families for these precious ones.
We are incredibly thankful for each one!
